About Us

Welcome to the Train Collectors Association Gulf Coast Chapter website. We hope to keep you informed about upcoming events for our Chapter and our hobby. It is often said that Toy Train collecting is the world’s greatest hobby. We think it is, but for the Gulf Coast chapter of the TCA, it is about comaraderie, friendship and our fellowship together. Please join us at our swap meets and our chapter meets.   

Meet fellow Toy Train enthusiasts from all over the greater Houston area. Our chapter meets are in our member homes. We get to interact with great collections and learn from each other as we explore our collecting interests. Many of our members are long time members of the TCA and have great knowledge of the hobby. Throughout the year we also maintain and display at various events two operating layouts.   

Please join us at either a swap meet or a chapter meeting or one of the events where our layouts are displayed. We are looking forward to meeting you soon to join with us in this great hobby.
